Jonathan Judy was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA, where he met and married his wife Traci. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1992, Pastor Judy surrendered to God’s call for vocational ministry. Following their wedding, Jonathan and Traci enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. During their years in Fort Worth, they worked with single adults at Travis Avenue Baptist Church and Ridglea Baptist Church. After graduation Jonathan was called to serve as pastor of Great Fork Baptist Church, in Suffolk, VA. This first pastorate was a tremendous blessing and time of spiritual and ministerial growth. In December 2004, Deer Park Baptist Church extended a call to Pastor Judy, with him taking the pulpit in February of 2005. Jonathan and Traci have two daughters, and reside in Newport News.
